      New Chevrolet Cruze Facelift to be unveiled on 6th March

      Chevrolet, a popular car brand of US based General Motors, is all set to show case an all new station-wagon at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, next month. The new station-wagon will be based on the company’s popular premium sedan Chevrolet Cruze. Both Cruze facelift and station wagon based on it will be unveiled on 6th March 2012.

      Though the new Chevrolet station wagon is not likely to make to the Indian auto market, but the styling and designing updates made at both exterior and interior front of the Cruze are expected to be seen in the future face - lifted version of this sedan in the Indian auto market.

      Recently, the all new Chevrolet Cruze was partially revealed by the company, carrying a number of styling and designing changes. The latest upgrades at the exterior of the car include new more stylish nose, new design of alloy wheels, and a comparatively larger chin and the new fog lamp clusters that are vertically aligned. Moreover, the earlier honeycomb design of the front grille has been replaced by the new razor wire like design.

      Inside, the car will be carrying re-designed rear seats (resulting in improved rear headroom) and newly styled central console, etc.

      The new face-lifted model is expected to continue to carry the 2.0L diesel motor, however, with an enhanced power output of 163 bhp.
