      Speak of affordable cruiser motorcycle in the country and Bajaj Avenger immediately gains a mention. Bajaj Auto, one of country’s leading player in two-wheeler segment had recently launched upgraded version of Avenger motorcycle in Cruiser and Street variants. The company additionally also offered 150cc option in the Street version. As revealed by sources, the bikemaker has reportedly managed to sell around 25,000 units on an average every month as against the expected 9,000 units mark.

      The Avenger 150 has also been fairing well in terms of sales and has not eaten into share in sales for the Pulsar models. The Avenger 150 claims a strong 40 percent share in total sales at 10,000 units from the total 25,000 units sold. Speaking about cumulative sales figures for both Avenger and Pulsar, the company has reported 75,000 unit sales a month. The success for the new Avenger can be related to its lucrative pricing along with its impressive styling.
