Mitsubishi India recently began with a winter service camp, which will go on till November 30, 2016. All Mitsubishi car owners can avail the various services and offers at a nearest service centre.
The main aim of organising this service camp is to get the periodic maintenance of Mitsubishi cars done. In addition, the company wants to educate their customers about the same. Mitsubishi workshops will do the preliminary inspection of the car under the complementary check-up scheme. Technicians will also inspect the other parts of the vehicles for maintenance and recommend parts to be changed and consumables to be replaced if needed. Apart from the check-up, the manufacturer is also providing a discount of 15 per cent on all additives and 20 per cent discount on car care products.
The carmaker wants to ensure that their customers continue to enjoy safe motoring. Through Mitsubishi’s new program, they aim to deliver a better ownership experience to customers. Such customer-centric initiatives not only help a car owner to take care of their vehicle and maintain it in a better way, but also enhance the customer experience.
