Mercedes-Benz has opened its 11th outlet in Mumbai city. Shaman Wheels, as it is now called, is a refurbished 3S facility and is located at Kalina in Santa Cruz. This is the fifth outlet for Shaman group.
Spread out over an area of 44,000 sqft, it has the capability for sales, service and spares as well as the ability to display eight cars on the showroom floor at any given time. The service centre is capable of handling 49 cars at any given time.
Commenting on the opening of the facility, Roland Folger, managing director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India said, “Mumbai remains an important market for Mercedes-Benz and contributes nearly 20 per cent to our overall sales annually. With this entirely refurbished 3S luxury car dealership, we aim to cater to the incessantly burgeoning luxury car market in the city. This is Mercedes-Benz’s eleventh outlet in Mumbai and we are glad to present yet another luxury destination for our patrons in this key market. We are confident that our ever-growing customer base will now enjoy a hassle free ownership experience synonymous with the Three Pointed Star, in close proximity; be it in South Mumbai or the central and western suburbs.”
