      Mercedes-Benz launches an innovative sales tool iSales application

      With its rising penchant for innovative endeavours, Mercedes-Benz, the German auto major is determined to prove its mettle with its newly launched sales technique, the iSales application.

      In a bid to woo the tech savvy discerning customers, the luxury car maker will be providing each of its highly qualified sales consultants with an Apple iPad featuring the most modern application called the iSales application. This application allows the sales consultants and the customers to acquire the product knowledge with just a touch of a button. The iSales application offers a virtual preview of the Mercedes-Benz models along with allowing a unique customised view of the cars.

      Mr. Debashis Mitra, Director - Sales and Marketing, Mercedes-Benz India, quoted, "In this age of globalisation our customers always want to be in touch with the world on the go, and our iSales platform will not only give them an access to the world of Mercedes-Benz but also they can virtually experience the fascinating range of Mercedes-Benz cars and customize accordingly their choices before booking the car."

      Mr. Mitra also confirmed that the prospective customers can also take a look on the iSales application about the best available Daimler Financial Services options in addition to the lease returns with no extra paper work. This initiative is an indispensable part of its corporate philosophy 'Best or Nothing' aimed at transparent and greater flexible interactions with the customers.

      Initiated originally for the youth of the country, the iSales application provides a 360 degree view of the cars with its features like customization of colours, accessories, equipment and interiors.
