      McLaren 675 LT shall be unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show

      McLaren 675 LT, which is a lighter, tougher and more powerful version of the 650S, has been revealed. This new model will debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March. The customer deliveries will be initiated in July at a price of £260,000, which is approximately £65,000 more than the 650S, from which it is based.

      The 675LT Coupe, which refers to the aerodynamic design, something which was first put to action in 1997. The P1 is in the Ultimate range, which is a part of the upcoming smaller models scheduled to be revealed at the New York motor show in April. The 675 LT comes with a more powerful and modified 666 bhp variant of the 3.8-litre twin-turbo VB of 650S.

      According to McLaren, 50 per cent of the parts in the V8 engine are new, which includes the new turbo ones, camshafts as well as a faster-flowing fuel pump and delivery system. There are details of the changes on the exhaust manifolds and cylinder heads. The engine changes are extensive and the unit has a new codename – M838TL. The power output of the mill is nearly to 666 bhp, which is approximately 25 bhp more than the 650S. The peak power comes at 7100 rpm. The torque output is hiked from 500 pound feet to 516 pound-feet at the rate of 5500 to 6500 rpm in the 675LT. Just like the 650S, the new model is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
