Earlier, we reported the teaser image released by Maruti Suzuki of their sub four-metre SUV Vitara Brezza. Now, images of the testing-vehicle in camouflaged-form have surfaced. The images reveal noteworthy details.
The Brezza codenamed YBA, features projector headlamps, DRLs, side indicators integrated in the bumper, honeycomb grille and an evident muscular shoulder-line. The sketch and earlier spy images reveal the lengthy horizontal tail-lamp in the rear. Furthermore, the Vitara Brezza also has a floating roof design like its elder sibling Vitara. The sub four-metre SUV is expected to be powered by the engine from the new Baleno. This means the petrol will get the 1.2-litre K-Series engine and the diesel will be powered by the 1.3-litre DDiS engine. A five-speed manual gearbox might be standard, while it may feature CVT automatic gearbox for petrol variant. The earlier spy images of the inside reveal, the all-black cabin featuring the new SmartPlay infotainment system and climate control.
The Vitara Brezza will rival the Ford EcoSport, Hyundai Creta and the Renault Duster. It will be unveiled at the 2016 Auto Expo in February.
