The Suzuki S-Cross SX4 crossover will be offered in two trim levels- V and Z in both petrol and diesel fuel options. This means that the company is not planning to introduce the entry-spec L trim offered on other Maruti cars. The top-spec model gets lots of chrome treatment to both front and rear, projector headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, electrically adjustable outside rear view mirrors with integrated turn indicators, an advanced infotainment system, multi-functional steering wheel, automatic climate control, etc. Its flared wheel arches have been fitted to 14-inch alloys. The V trim feature halogens instead of projectors, while the alloys has 10-spoke design.

The Maruti Suzuki S-Cross SX4 gets a decent ground clearance of 170mm, while the interiors of the car are likely to be shared with the Swift hatchback. This crossover will be offered in two diesel and one petrol fuel option. While the diesel version of the SUV will get 1.6-litre Multi-Jet and the tried & tested 1.3-litre MJD unit, the gasoline version will get the 1.4-litre k-Series engine that also powers the Ertiga MPV.
