Ahead of its launch scheduled to take place on 30 September, the exterior of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki S-Presso have been fully leaked on the web. The model will be available in nine trims upon launch.
As seen in the spy images, the new Maruti Suzuki S-Presso looks to be a base variant and features a Jimny inspired grille, large headlamps, dual-tone bumpers, 13-inch alloy wheels, C-shaped tail lights and a high mounted stop lamp.
Powertrain options on the Maruti S-Presso will include a BS-Vi emission compliant 998cc, three-cylinder petrol engine that will produce 67bhp. This engine would be offered with a five-speed manual transmission and an AMT gearbox.
Inside, the upcoming Maruti Suzuki S-Presso will come equipped with a centrally mounted instrument cluster. The model could also receive chrome inserts for the centre console and door handles. The car will be available in nine trims including Std (O), Lxi, Lxi(O), Vxi, Vxi(O), VXi+, Vxi AGS, Vxi(O) AGS and Vxi+ AGS. Rivals to the S-Presso include the Renault Kwid and the Datsun Redi-GO.
