Maruti Suzuki has officially unveiled the S-Presso ahead of its launch scheduled to take place on 30 September. The new images shared on the website reveal the exterior and interiors details of the upcoming micro-SUV from the brand.
Powering the Maruti S-Presso will be a BS-VI emission compliant 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine that will produce 67bhp. This engine will be offered with a five-speed manual transmission as well as an AMT unit. The S-Presso will be available in nine trims.
Exterior highlights of the new Maruti Suzuki S-Presso include front and rear dual-tone bumpers, four trapezoid-shaped chrome inserts for the grille, halogen headlamps, steel wheels with wheel covers, centrally mounted roof antenna, body-coloured door handles and ORVMs, C-shaped tail lights and an integrated spoiler.
Inside, the upcoming Maruti Suzuki S-Presso will come equipped with an all-black cabin with orange inserts on the dashboard and AC vents, centrally mounted instrument cluster, steering mounted controls, front power windows, SmartPlay Studio, dual airbags, USB and 12-V power sockets and centrally mounted cup holders. The Maruti S-Presso is expected to arrive with a price tag of 4 lakhs (ex-showroom) and will rival the likes of the Datsun Redi-GO and the Renault Kwid.
