      Maruti Suzuki introduces 'Nexa' premium dealership range in India

      Maruti Suzuki India (MSI), today, inaugurated its premium range of Nexa dealerships in New Delhi. These exclusive dealerships are set up for offering a unique and personalized buying experience to customers. The company will retail its premium products from the Nexa showrooms, and the first car to be sold will be the upcoming S-Cross premium crossover. Maruti aims to open 100 such premium dealerships in India by the end of this financial year.

      Based on a monochromatic theme, these new premium showrooms will offer a premium experience to people visiting these showorooms to buy premium Maruti Suzuki cars. Customers will not only receive deliveries of their cars inside the showrooms, but avail benefits of Maruti’s loyalty programs and rewards as well. The loyalty programme – MyNEXA – offers rewards via associated lifestyle brands and credit cards.

      The Nexa showroom managers will be provided with iPads that will help them to configure buyers’ cars, and check finance schemes. It also enables them to search variants, colors, models and accessories for customers. The company also launches NEXA owner’s app that will help user to receive event updates, recall service history, booking and manage service requests, emergency support and accessory purchase.

      Initially, Maruti has appointed nearly 1,000 managers for its Nexa dealerships. Though, more will be recruited with the expansion of the Nexa network. The company aims to sell 2 million units by 2020, and its premium cars will play a huge role in that.
