The country's largest automaker stole the show in the sedan segment with the recently launched stylish and sporty Ciaz sedan in the country. The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz had emerged as a strong contender against the popular seller Honda City. Decent performance and fuel efficiency figures had earned the vehicle respect and popularity in its segment.
Currently, the existing Ciaz trim is powered by 1.3 Liter engine that is capable of generating about 88.8 Bhp of power output figures. However, fresh reports have emerged that the Ciaz sedan may also be available in a 1.6 Liter engine option that is capable of generating power output of about about 120 Bhp with a peak torque output figure of about 320 Nm. The company has not spoken in detail on the technical specifications or pricing aspect yet and it is anticipated to be revealed at a later date.
