      The next-in-line XUV100 is the next big thing from Mahindra that audiences have set their eyes upon. On numerous instances the vehicle has been spotted undergoing road test in the country. This time around sources have managed to catch a glimpse of the vehicle’s interiors. Expected to debute in mini-SUV segment the vehicle is likely to be launched by the end of this year or sometime early next year.

      As from what can be seen, the upcoming vehicle gets a three-spoke steering wheel that could get integrated controls (though on this particular test mule it was not seen). This particular model featured a manual transmission, whereas it is likely the Mahindra may also offer an AMT option. On the dashboard the vehicle sported a traditional rotary styled AC knob and 2-Din space for music system. The vehicle is likely to get a long bench type arrangement in front rather than bucket seats.

      Under the hood, the vehicle is expected to be offered in 1.2-Litre petrol as well as diesel engine options. Though the petrol version would get an all new engine, the diesel trim could be a watered-down version of the MHawk 1.5 Litre engine. The vehicle may be of offered with all latest safety features like electronic brake-force distribution, four airbags, anti-lock braking system, and four airbags with an electronic stability programme.
