      U321

The soon expected Mahindra MPV (code named the U321) has been spied once again. This time the MPV was spotted doing rounds in a small town in Leh, Jammu and Kashmir.

The spotted car wears a camouflage, but the front profile displays a few styling bits. The grille has been styled to get along with Mahindra’s family design. The headlamp assembly displays a projector unit, however, some camouflage on the headlamp unit could be hiding the DRL (Daytime running lights) inserts. The air dam has been designed to look minimal and the fog lamps are placed at the extreme ends of the bumper. As seen in the spy images clicked earlier, the side profile displays van-like proportions, indicating that this might be a people’s mover.

We expect the new MPV to be powered by the 1.5-litre m-HAWK engine offered with a choice of five speed manual gearbox or an AMT (Auto Mated Transmission).

We are expecting the MPV to be showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo which will be held early next year. After its launch, the U321 will compete againsth the Renault Lodgy and the Toyota Innova.
