      Mahindra Mojo spied in white color ahead of its launch

      Mahindra Mojo that has been on test for quite a long time, is now snapped in a new white colour prior to its launch in India. This hints that the company will introduce the bike in three colour options – full black, black & white, and red & white.

      The new white variant looks very refreshing with golden finish on ornamental tubes, inverted telescopic front fork, swing arm and fuel tank. According to reports, the Mahindra Mojo will be launched in India on October 16, 2015. In fact, dealers have begun accepting pre-booking orders for sum of Rs. 10,000. If reports are to be believed, Mahindra is offering additional pre-sale benefits to Mojo customers.

      To recap, the Mahindra Mojo is powered by a 296cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that is mated to a six-speed gearbox. This engine is capable of churning out a maximum power of 27bhp and 30Nm of torque. The bike features twin headlamps with LED daytime running lights, premium 3D Mojo and Mahindra badges on the tank, black finish undercowl engine, radiator shrouds, small LED taillight, dual-tone seat and sporty dual exhaust. Coming to dimensions, the Mojo measures 2,100mm in length, 830mm in width and 1,270mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 1,450mm.It has a ground clearance of 150mm.

      Set to rival the KTM Duke 390, Honda CRB 250R and Kawasaki Ninja 250R, the Mahindra Mojo will be produced at the company’s Pithampur facility. This sports tourer is likely to be priced within the range of Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
