The innovative website is a first of its kind initiative by an Indian auto maker. Mahindra claims its new online platform to be a one-stop service information repository that has been designed and developed specifically to provide better customer service to the domestic owners of Mahindra vehicles. There is a 'My Mahindra' section on the website through which the company offers several class leading privileges and features to its customers. The best part about this website is the cost estimator application, which gives an estimated cost of spares and service, along with labour charges for the scheduled services. Mahindra owners can also receive personalised reminders about the pending service/ PUC/ insurance/ license renewal for their vehicles. Further, the website offers a range of information on the company's service network in India, vehicle's maintenance and care, along with value added services.

Expressing his opinion on the new initiative, Arun Malhotra, Chief Sales and Customer Care Officer, Automotive Division at Mahindra & Mahindra Limited was quoted as saying, “Mahindra has always endeavoured to be at the forefront of customer engagement.
