Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd. (MFCWL), the country’s most renowned multi brand used car mart has added another wing to its already diversified 180 outlets spread across 100 cities. This new dealership has been inaugurated at Thane, where the company has already established three dealerships.

The new outlet, Fast Track Cars in Thane was inaugurated by Mr. Yatin Chadha, Vice-President (Operations & Network), MFCWL and has been designed in accordance with the company’s corporate new outlook and appraised brand appeal. The new showroom will be providing to the customers a series of services ranging from purchase and sales of used cars to financing and fitment of the car accessories.

While speaking at the occasion, Mr. Chadha was quoted as saying, "We believe used car buyers have the same aspirations as those who buy new cars. The used car industry often focuses only on the car transaction and not on the total experience of car-ownership. With this new store we hope to change this perception and create a unique, aspirational experience for the certified used car consumer, right from the point of entry till final exit from our showrooms. Our expanding network makes us well positioned to tap the potential of the certified used car market in the region."

The company has been reputedly tagged as the most preferred brand in the used car market and plans are being initiated to expand the number of outlets to 500 in India.

In a bid to prioritise customer service, MFCWL has introduced two customer endearing service, WARRANTYFIRST offering warranty on mechanical and electrical car components for 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever is earlier and CERTIFIRST that offers warranty on engine and transmission for 6 months or 7,500 km, whichever is earlier.
