Addressing the media on this proposition, Rajeev Dubey, President, Group HR Corporate Services and after-market and Member of Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, said, “Currently we have 25 company-owned and operated outlets. We have largely got the business model and spares supply chain in place. We are set for a rapid expansion”. Elaborating the strategies he also added, "Simultaneously, we will also start expansion through the franchise route. The plan is to add 100 outlets every year.” Siding with the statement, MFCS Chief Operating Officer YVS Vijay Kumar said, “We are aiming for a turnover of Rs. 1,000 crore when we have those many outlets.”

Informing about the capabilities of multi-brand auto service business in India, Dubey said, "If we compare with developed markets like Europe, where multi-brand auto service providers have 33 per cent share, the potential in India is around Rs. 4,000 crore but multi-brand service providers have a negligible share currently.” Indian automobile service markets are equally dominated by companies and local workshops, distributing the Rs. 12,000 crore market amongst themselves.

With MFCS recently opening its 4 outlets in Delhi-NCR, the company prioritises utmost customer satisfaction at one place. The likes of Help First, which is a road side assistance service for vehicles and SaveFirst, an annual service maintenance plan, have kept the car owners content with their one-stop solution. All the more, MFCS aims at intensifying its market presence and build its image as a much more reliable source in rectifying car problems.
