Mahindra Bolero Delivers One of the Best Fuel Efficiencies

Recently a Mahindra Bolero Marathon was hosted in South India by Mahindra and Mahindra to highlight fuel efficiency of its SUV model Bolero. 32 Mahindra Boleros participated in the 58 km Marathon and the clear winner, Mr Seby, clocked a mileage of 35.15 kmpl. The first runner up was James C.K. whose Bolero clocked average of 31.35 kmpl and the second runner up was Jamseer T.S. clocking an average of 28.79 kmpl.

“The Mahindra Bolero Mileage Marathon in Kochi gave a clear idea on fuel efficiency of India’s No. 1 SUV. A testament to this is the winning mileage of 35.15 kms/litre clocked by Seby K B. The event was a great success as the families participated with great enthusiasm and winners received exciting prizes. There were various special events for the participants to entertain themselves. M&M first launched Bolero in 2001 and the new Bolero with enhanced design and style was launched in 2007. Later in September 2008, it introduced Bolero VLX powered with CRDe technology and in October 2008 Bolero SLX with Micro hybrid technology was launched.
