      Mahindra Bolero Announced at No. 1 in Customer Satisfaction

      Mahindra Bolero received 2009 TNS Voice of the Customer Award for Total Customer Satisfaction. This gives Mahindra and Mahindra yet another reason to rejoice the success of its SUV models in the Indian auto market. The award was given based on responses received from more than 8100 customers owning more than 54 car models in India. It included sales satisfaction, product quality, vehicle performance and design, after sales service, brand image and cost-of-ownership as the parameters for deciding the best model in the country.

      Indian auto market is getting fiercely competitive each passing day and with so many models competing in different segments, Mahindra Bolero emerges as a winner amongst all odds making M&M a very happy brand owner. Mahindra Bolero has remained as India’s No.1 SUV since past three years leaving more than 300,000 happy Indian customers. The new Bolero SLX BS3 model comes with award winning Micro Hybrid technology that not only reduces fuel consumption but also the CO2 emission.

      On the other hand, Force Motors is planning to introduce a Bolero competitor in the Indian market. Force Motors has been planning to launch a brand new SUV in India keeping pace with rising demand in the SUV segment. The expected power generated by the new SUV from Force Motors will be delivering approximately 135 bhp. The new vehicle will have the same engine which is doing well in the Tempo Traveller.
