In order to widen its presence in India, Lexus has set up a new showroom, also known as Guest Experience Centre in Gurugram, Haryana, shortly after it opened a new showroom in Chennai, Tamil Nadu last week. With this, it now has seven touchpoints across the country.
The design and development of the new touchpoint are said to be inspired by the Greek word, Meraki. According to the firm, this showroom provides a “simple, elegant, yet sophisticated” environment.
In addition, the facility will have a Lexus model on display alongside a coffee lounge for Lexus customers. Being in the centre of Gurugram, this showroom is also accessible to NCR dwellers, says the brand. Meanwhile, Lexus will be setting up a new Guest Experience Centre in Kochi too.
Speaking upon the occasion, Naveen Soni, President, Lexus India, said, 'We have always believed in strengthening our relationships with our guests and we are elated to announce the opening of our new brand space inspired by the Greek concept of Meraki, in Gurgaon. Having opened various facilities around the country, this unique concept of Meraki brings this space a step closer to welcoming many more of our guests to embark on a journey of luxury, novelty, and amazing experiences with Lexus.'
