      Lamborghini has produced the 10,000th Huracan from its Sant’Agata Bolognese in four years.

      The milestone vehicle is a Huracan Performante heading to Canada. It is finished in a unique Verde Mantis colour paying homage to Lamborghini’s no. 11 car’s victory in the 2018 Daytona 24 Hours race. Last year, the Italian carmaker sold 3,815 models of which 2,642 were Huracans. Compared to 2016, the Huracan sales grew by an impressive 16 per cent, says the carmaker. The Huracan was introduced in 2014 as a replacement to the highest selling Lamborghini till date, the Gallardo. In its 10 years of service, 13,992 Gallardos were produced making it the highest selling Raging Bull till date.

      Lamborghini currently sells six iterations of the Huracan around the world. There are four-wheel and two-wheel derivatives of both the coupe and the Spyder configurations apart from the Performante derivatives of both. Then there is the one make championship with the Huracan Super Trofeo and a Huracan GT3 as well. Powering it is a 5.2-litre V10 punching out at least 610bhp of firepower and 560Nm of twisting force. Transmission is a seven-speed dual-clutch unit. The Baby Lambo can sprint to 100kmph in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 325kmph.
