Lamborghini, the Italian car manufacturer, had made headlines about 10 months back, regarding its plan to establish a new showroom in the financial capital of India, Mumbai. The Italian auto maker established its very first showroom about 6 years ago in New Delhi. The Exclusive Motors is in charge of the New Delhi Lamborghini showroom. However, the upcoming Lamborghini showroom in Mumbai will be managed by Auto Hangar Private Limited.
According to reports, inauguration ceremony of the new Lamborghini showroom will take place during the summer season. The showroom that will be set up in Prabhadevi (southern part of Mumbai) has already started attracting numerous Indian automobile enthusiasts. This showroom is situated in proximity to other popular automobile showrooms, namely Volkswagen, Skoda and Mercedes-Benz.
At present, Lamborghini has set up only one showroom in India. The increasing number of Gallardo super cars in Mumbai has prompted the Italian car manufacturer to open another outlet in the country. Once the company establishes its dealership in Mumbai, the demand for Lamborghini Gallardo models will definitely increase. Currently, only two Lamborghini models, namely Gallardo and Aventador, are available in the Indian automobile market. Lamborghini has planned to sell 30 units this year and that is why they are going to open a new showroom in Mumbai. The company will bring Lamborghini models as Completely Built Units (CBUs). However, the imported Lamborghini models would be modified to use Indian fuel instead of high octane fuel.
