      Automobili Lamborghini has been awarded the Top Employer Italy 2015 Certification for the second year in tandem. It is an honour awarded by the Top Employers Institute each year to all companies, with excellent workplace environments as well as advanced policies in Human Resource management.

      The CEO and President of Automobili Lamborghini Stephen Winkelmann said, “Our success is the result of the hard work and dedication of the women and men who work for us.       The eligibility qualification for taking part in this competition is a minimum of 250 employees on a national level and 2500 employees on an international level. There are a total of nine criteria, which include corporate culture, career opportunities, professional growth and training, working benefits and conditions, salary policies. Lamborghini has a total of 1175 employees with such satisfaction levels.

      Umberto Tossini, Human Resources and Organisation Manager at Automobili Lamborghini, said, “Our vision of Corporate Responsibility is based on the sustainable development of the economy, society and the environment, and it guides us in advancing a method of management centred on people. In this regard we have developed a number of important projects, such as the DESI program, which aims to combine scholastic education with in-house vocational training, but also a comprehensive People Care program centred on training, individuals, well-being and the environment.”
