Fresh news has emerged that a Kerala based businessman named Muhammed Nisham has been arrested by the Kerala over allegations of thrashing a security guard and attempting to run him over with his Hummer. It is said that Nisham, aged 39, Managing Director of Kings Group of companies is a serial offender who has many cases registered against him.
Last year he had also been found to lock a woman sub-inspector into his car, whereas sometime earlier a video shot by his wife featured his 9-year old son driving along his 4-year old brother in their residential complex premises. The guard who has been his latest victim has reportedly been admitted to a nearest hospital and is said to be in a critical state and is on a ventilator support. Apart from multiple fractures, it is said that the guard also required surgery in the abdominal area.
It is said that Nisham first thrashed the guard near the gate when he delayed opening the gate. When the guard tried escaping Nisham’s fury and hid behind a fountain, the accused reportedly turned his massive Hummer and pressed the guard against the wall. Later he also reportedly continued hitting him with a iron rod. Nisham has been booked under section 307 for attempt to murder. Moreover, the police may also slap him under Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act (KAAPA), which is generally used for anti-social elements and members of Supari gangs.
