Last year, Kawasaki gifted the international market with 30th Anniversary special edition of Kawasaki Ninja 300. Inspired by the international version, Kawasaki has silently launched the Ninja 300 special edition in India at a price tag of Rs 3.61 Lakh. The bike comes with dual tone lime green and star dust white colour along with a Special Edition badging on the fuel cap.
The Special Edition Kawasaki Ninja 300 gets a 296cc liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that generates an impressive 38bhp of power at 11,000 rpm and 27Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm. The company has restricted changes only at a cosmetic level. For the Indian market, the bike gets a distinctive 300 stickering on the fairing.
Recently, the company has introduced the updated 2016 Ninja 300 in the international market with two new colour options and an updated instrument cluster. The company has not upgraded its technical specifications or feature list on the new model in the international market as well. As for the Indian market, the new special edition still misses on the ABS option.
