It is expected that the same spec will make its way in India and China for the mid-life refreshment.Similarly, the car is expected to be introduced in many new markets as well.

The Brazilian version of the Creta has a 1.6-litre CVVT flex-fuel engine under the hood, which is borrowed from Hyundai’s HB20. The engine makes 128bhp of power and 162Nm of torque. There are two transmission options –a six-speed manual and a six-speed automatic. It is uncertain whether the all-wheel-drive will be available for this compact SUV. The Creta competes with the likes of the Renault Duster, Nissan Terrano, Honda BR-V Ford EcoSport and others in India and also in the global markets.
