      Hyundai India to begin Creta exports to Africa and Middle East

      The Creta SUV from Hyundai has caught the fancy of many SUV lover in India. This time around Hyundai intends on casting the magical spell in the international market as well. As per fresh updates, Hyundai may soon start exporting the vehicle to Middle East and Africa. There is no cosmetic or technical upgrade as such and the export model shall share a lot of resemblance to the one available in India.

      Under the hood, The Hyundai Creta continue to be powered by 1.6-litre petrol engine while the diesel would be available in two trims – 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre options. The petrol version comes mated to 6-speed manual gearbox that generates about 123bhp, while the diesel 1.4-litre mated to 6-speed manual gearbox generates about 90bhp and the 1.6-litre mated to optional 6-speed automatic transmission generates about 128bhp.

      Hyundai shall continue to offer safety specs on the international version as well. The SUV would be offered with features likes HAC (Hill Ascent Control), six airbags, RPAS (Rear Parking Assistant System), ESC (Electronic Stability Control), ABS and VSM. On the design aspect, the vehicle continues to get projector headlamps with LED DRLs, 17-inch alloy wheels, black plastic under body cladding with skid plates, Fog lamps and 3 slat chrome grille. Inside, the vehicle gets 7-inch audio video navigation system, fully automatic temperature control and smart key with push button start.
