      Hyundai Grand i10 is 'NDTV Car of the Year 2014'

      Adding one more award to its list, the Hyundai Grand i10 has now won the prestigious ‘NDTV Car of the Year 2014’. The Grand i10 hatchback has also won 'Entry hatchback of the Year', while Hyundai as a manufacturer won ‘Car manufacturer of the Year’ awards. The NDTV Car and Bike Awards 2014 represent the experts’ and customers’ admiration and trust in the product.

      Since its launch in September 2013, the Grand i10 hatchback has received an overwhelming response across the nation, thanks to its premium interior, modish styling and impressive engine options. Hyundai has already sold around 45,000 units of the hatchback, which further speaks of the huge success of the car. In no time, the Hyundai Grand i10 has entered the list of country's top five selling car brands. Earlier this year, the Grand i10 also won the 'Indian Car of the Year 2014 (ICOTY), which is considered to the the most coveted award of the Indian automobile industry.

      Riding on the success of the Grand i10 hatchback, the company is now planning to bring a compact sedan based on the same platform, to rival Honda Amaze and Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire. The Grand i10 sedan will be launched on 4th February.
