A facelifted version of the Hyundai Grand i0 has been spotted doing the rounds in Chennai. This will be the first major update for the South Korean automaker’s B-segment hatchback since it was launched in late 2013 and could possibly be launched at the end of this year.
It seems almost like we are revisiting 2013 as the facelifted Grand i10 has been covered in the same camouflage as the original car was when it was being tested prior to its launch. The changes will be on the fascia as well as the rear end both signature elements to the car’s design. We can also see that the diamond cut alloy wheels have got a new design. Since this is Hyundai, also expect an updated feature list and probably some new trim options.
The major change this time around will be that the number of automatic options is expected to increase in the Grand i10 range. Engine wise there will be no change which means the facelift will continue with the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol and 1.1-litre three-cylinder diesel.
