Hero MotoCorp has tweaked the Splendor Pro Classic to generate enhanced power and torque output of 8.6 PS and 8.05 Nm as against the 7.8 PS and 8.4 Nm offered by the regular variant. Priced at Rs 53,900 (on-road Delhi Price) the new Splendor Pro Classis is claimed to be the cheapest cafe racer styled motorcycle, though it is pricier than the other Splendor derivatives (other than the 125cc Super Splendor). The new Pro Classic variant is expected to be faster than the regular variant for obvious reasons. Claimed to be the world’s cheapest cafe racer styled motorcycle, the bike is powered with a 97.2 cc, air-cooled, single cylinder engine and is matched to a four-speed transmission.

As for the dimension of both the bikes, the new Proc Classic is shorter in both length and height as compared to the regular variant of Splendor, however both have the same weight (109 Kg). The bike has been rolled out in two colour options- solid maroon and carbon black. Splendor is an extremely popular bike in India with the addition of the new Pro Classic cafe race variant, the popularity of Splendor is expected to surge further. In future we can expect a 125cc variant of Splendor Pro Classic, however there is yet no official confirmation on the same and hence it is too early to comment on this possibility.
