Hero Motorcorp has been a key player in the Indian two wheeler segment. The bikemaker has been among the topseller list in the country for over a decade now. Hero MotoCorp Maestro, designed for the male audience, has now come up with a new color options. The company has introduced shades of Groovy Medley, Magnetic Matt Grey, Electric Blue, Striking Silver, Panther Black and Vital White and Blazing Red. The side panel also carries a refreshing feel with newly designed decals.
On the technological front Hero Motocorp's Maestro has not received major technical upgrades and it continues to be powered by 109 cc air cooled single cylinder engine that is capable of delivering power output of about 8 bhp with torque figures of 9 Nm. The automatic scooter also impresses on the mileage front as it reportedly returns a fuel economy of about 60 kmpl. Some of the features like fuel gauge, digital instrument cluster, odometer and service due indicator have been retained from its previous generation model.
Loaded with fresh upgrades and more color options the Hero Motocorp Maestro is a strong contender in its segment during this festive season. The Maestro from Hero Motocorp is likely to be strong competitors against the likes of Honda Activa and Suzuki Access. With the new color additions, it is pretty evident that the company positions its Maestro to its younger set of audience. Interestingly, the scooter is available at existing price tag with no additional price for the new shades.
