Hero Motocorp has been a big name in the Indian two-wheeler segment. To add spice to the festive season the country's largest bikemaker has ushered-in two new motorbikes with unique capabilities in the 100 cc segment – Splender Pro Classic with Cafe Racer Styling and Passion Pro TR with On-Road-Off-Road capability. New styling, performance and safety factor on the new bikes from Hero Motocorp shall add much needed spice in the 100cc segment in the country.
The Splendor Pro Classic is powered by 100cc, air-cooled, 4 Stroke Single Cylinder OHC engine that generates a maximum power output of about 6.15 kW (8.36 Ps) @ 8000 rpm with a maximum torque output of about 0.82 Kg-m (8.05 N-M) @ 5000 rpm. Speaking more on the styling aspect, the new Splendor Passion Pro has received cafe racer styling, including classic single seat, vintage style café cowl, sporty handle bar, classic round headlight and tail light and classic round speedometer. Moreover, to further enhance the ride experience the bike is loaded with classic chrome parts for front and rear fenders, winkers, suspension cover and the round shaped rear view mirrors. Splendor Pro Classic has been launched in the country at attractive prices tags of Rs. 48,650/- (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 50,833/- (ex-showroom Mumbai), Rs 49,588/- (ex-showroom Chennai), Rs 49,472/- (ex-showroom Kolkata) and Rs 49,438/- (ex-showroom Bengaluru). The new Splendor Pro Classic is available in two classic color combinations – Solid Maroon and Carbon Black.
The Passion Pro TR is also powered by a 100cc, air-cooled, 4 Stroke Single Cylinder OHC engine that is capable of generating power output of about 7.7 bhp @ 7500 rpm and maximum torque 8 Nm @ 4500 rpm. For easy off road handling capabilities the bike gets cross brace, high front fender with hugger, knee pad for better grip, headlight grill, hand guards for added protection, special tyre tread for better road grip, bash plate to shield engine, designer knuckle guard and fuel tank pads. The new Passion Pro TR has been launched at attractive price tags of about Rs. 51550/- (ex-showroom Delhi), Rs 54039/- (ex-showroom Mumbai), Rs 53018/- (ex-showroom Chennai), Rs 53514/- (ex-showroom Kolkata) and Rs 53143/- (ex-showroom Bengaluru). Passion Pro TR is available with new graphics and colors like - Electric Red, Sports Red, and Black with Sports Red.
