Go off-roading with Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails in NCR

Tata Motors is organising a half-day off-roading event, Full Throttle Trails, on 28th & 29th July in NCR. This event is for all Tata Motors SUV owners of Delhi-NCR and neighbouring areas. Tata Motors Full Throttle Trails is a series of half-day off-roading adventure events, an initiative of Tata motorsport division, where Tata SUV owners can test their vehicles' capabilities on the off-road trails.

Tata Motors Full Throttle Trail series consists of about 21 trails on which arrangements have been made for the events to take place at different locations across the country. The automobile giant has already successfully completed the first two of these trails in Chandigarh and Ludhiana recently. The first event of the series was held in Chandigarh witnessing the participation of 35 Tata UV owners. It was followed by the second event that took place in Ludhiana on 17th June which earmarked the occasion of Father's Day.

After the success of the first two events, the leading automobile manufacturer expects that over 60 Tata SUV owners would take part in this adventure event in NCR. The trail will begin from Tivoli Garden, Chhatarpur in New Delhi, and will proceed towards Pali Village near Faridabad city. Participants will cross several challenging surfaces such as slush beds, hills, bumpy courses, sand beds, etc. The trail needs to be completed within a definite time duration for participants to qualify as finishers.

"With off-roading gaining popularity and due to the lack of off-roading tracks, Full Throttle Trails will give enthusiasts an opportunity to not only experience the thrill, ruggedness and toughness of their Tata Motors SUVs, but to also familiarize themselves with some serious off-road driving techniques in a planned and safe manner. Besides, Full Throttle Trails also offers customers a quick weekend getaway in the proximity of their respective cities," said Ashesh Dhar, Head Utility Vehicles, Tata Motors.

Tata Motors has partnered with Cougar Motorsports for the planning and execution of these trails. The event would provide participants a first-hand experience of off-roading adventure within the boundaries of their cities. Tracks are being modified in accordance with the skill level of both experienced and amateur drivers who own vehicles in either 4x2 or 4x4 configuration.

Recently, Tata Motors has also initiated Tata Motors Full Throttle Experience which is another off-roading event for the Tata MUV owners. It consists of 6 expeditions, designed to provide customers an off-roading experience along with an opportunity to explore beautiful places across the country. The Himalayan Experience, which had over 25 participants was recently accomplished, whereas the Konkan Experience starts from Mumbai on 28th September this year. The routes of these expeditions pass through various challenging terrains such as traverse mountain passes, lakes and deep gorges and the participants thereof are subjected to unpredictable weather conditions.
