      The 2015 Mercedes G 500 4x4 has been released officially and it has been revealed that the standard variant of will receive the twin-turbocharged four valve per cylinder 4-litre V8 direct injection petrol mill. Mercedes has employed the seven-speed 7G-tronic automatic gearbox to send power to all the four wheels. Also, a separate transfer case with a high low ratio gearing pattern has been provided.

      Mercedes-Benz has said that the departure angles and approach have been boosted to 52 and 54 degrees from 36 and 27 degrees. The crucial break over angle has been increased to 47 from 21 degrees.

      The standard sibling offers a seating capacity of five. There is a touch of old-fashioned graphics on sheer door trims, interior architecture as well as a shallow dashboard. The cabin ambience is however, pleasant owing to the usage of contemporary trim materials. The model comes with a twin-turbocharged 4-litre direct injection V8 mill, which gives G500 a terrific sporting note.
