The rumour mill is abuzz with numerous speculations regarding the facelifted Chevy Spark, which is expected to come trimmed with an array of interior and exterior modifications. For instance, the entry-level offering flaunts improvised front fascia with redesigned front bumpers and grille. Further, the rear end complements the new premium look of the car, which is going to be the new Spark's most valuable asset.

Reportedly, no alterations have been done to under the hood specifications of the refurbished Chevy Spark. The soon-to-be launched small cars holds the same 4 cylinder, 995 cc petrol motor that rolls out a peak power - torque equation of 63 bhp and 90 Nm.

The latest offering from factory floors of the American auto major is expected to heave a new lease of life in the company's rapidly falling sales in the country. With the reworked Chevrolet Spark, the company will be hoping to pose a stiff competition in the segment against the likes of freshly launched Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon. Considering the instant success of Alto 800, it is not going to be easy for General Motors towards marketing and retailing decent sales of its revamped entry-level product on the Indian turf.
