While there are Ferraris and Corvettes and Hennesseys that might go in for the fastest ever tags, it has been Bugatti who believed in engineering. So when the new Chiron was out it had set itself an entirely distinct benchmark. It manages the fastest zero to 400kmph and back time for a production car. But that’s not the only car worth a mention at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Here are a few more.

      1. Bugatti Chiron

After the engineering marvel that the Veyron was, its successor, the Chiron, had real large shoes to fill. And that it did in style. Powered by the unique W16 powertrain, the Chiron belts out 1500bhp of power and eclipses the Veyron in terms of speed as well as handling.

      1. Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package

While the Bugatti is all luxury and meant for grand touring on the autobahns, this Porsche is a purebred. Built for belting it around a racetrack, this 911 comes with a 4.0-litre boxer that pumps 500bhp and 460Nm of power and comes mated to a six-speed manual. Drool.

      1. Audi R8 V10 RWS

The industry was a little surprised when the buzz of a RWD Audi started making rounds. Well, here is the Audi R8 V10 Rear Wheel Series. Aimed at purists who think all-wheel drive is for noobs, this is the first all-out Audi in decades to ditch the famous Quattro.

      1. Bentley Continental GT

This drawing room on wheels can lap a Nurburgring in less than eight minutes. Styled after the Bentley 6 concept, the all-new Continental GT makes a statement of luxury and power at the sometime line no one else.

      1. Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster

What is better than a loud V12 Lamborghini? A loud V12 Lamborghini that can go topless! Here is the Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster. With more than 725bhp of power from the 6.5-litre V12, this Aventador comes with active aerodynamics and these lovely multi-spoke wheels!
