As part of building better stronger customer relations Fiat Chryslers has announced free monsoon camp to be held between 23rd – 25th July. The camp would be arranged across all authorized service centre, where trained engineers would cover 60 point check-up of your vehicle. Additionally, the company shall also provide free wash and 10% discount on labour charges.
Speaking more on the occasion, Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FCA said, “FCA India is swiftly taking efforts to reach out to its current and prospective customers through check-up camps. The monsoon check-up camp is one of the important after- sales service activities conducted by us for the customers to ensure the safety of the vehicles during this season. We have seen a very positive response to all the check-up camps in the past and have therefore decided to organise monsoon check-up camp across India keeping the changing weather in mind.”
Customers would be intimated by customers via emails and messages to give information regarding the camp. Additionally, customers can also avail Rs. 4000 off on GPS units. The upcoming Abarth brand in India is further expected to boost it sales in the country.
