Fiat had recently launched the Abarth line in Punto and Avventura in India recently. Both the powerful variants were offered at a same price tag of Rs 9.95 Lakh (Ex-showroom Delhi). As per a fresh update on the official Fiat India website, the new Abarth Avventura now carries a hiked price tag of Rs 10,00,976 (Ex-showroom, Delhi). Though the vehicles had been launched at a introductory price tag, the price hike was not anticipated to come in the mid of the festive season.
The Avventura Abarth crossover by Fiat gets a 1.4-litre T-Jet petrol engine that has been tuned to generate a powerful 140bhp and 210Nm of torque. This enables the vehicle mated to five-speed manual gearbox to clock 100km/h from a standstill in just about 9.9 seconds. To render it a sporty feel and distinguish it differently from a regular version, it gets a 'Scorpion Sting' 16-inch alloy wheel and decals on sides. Inside, it gets leather wrapped on steering wheel and gear knobs, automatic air conditioning, new seat upholstery and an Abarth badge on steering wheel.
