BMW India on November 22, 2012 launched Deutsche Motoren at Faridabad, which is now the company's largest dealership facility in the country. The new facility is located at Mathura Road, Faridabad and is headed by Yadur Kapur, Managing Director, Deutsche Motoren.
Apart from the launch of the dealership facility, the BMW X6 was also unveiled at Deutsche Motoren. The all new BMW X6, which comes as a Completely Built-up (CBU) unit, is available at all BMW dealerships across the country. The BMW X6 comes both in diesel and petrol variants and its xDrive40d variant is available at a price of Rs. 78,90,000, whereas the BMW X6 xDrive50i comes with a price tag of Rs. 93,40,000.

The ultra modern Deutsche Motoren dealership facility is spread over an area of 1,30,000 sq ft and integrates an advance after-sales service that comes equipped with excellent Service, Spare parts and business Systems. The aim of the dealership facility is to provide best-in-class pre and post sales ownership experience to the customers. Just like many other BMW showrooms, Deutsche Motoren has its design based upon Reception at the Car (RATC) and Urban Street Display concept and has a consultation lounge, sales and after sales desk located close to the display area. The showroom has the facility to display up to 13 cars and the workshop has 92 bays to attend and service up to 350 cars each day.

BMW X6 comes with unique modern expressive design with a blend of elegant coupe lines and dynamism of BMW X model. The all new BMW X6 has been provided with a new BMW kidney-grille with 3D chrome frames and angled slats. Apart from these, the other design modifications include repositioned fog lamps and new LED taillights. The optional bonnet with powerdrome enhances the muscular front design of the BMW X6. The interiors of the new BMW X6 is characterised by raised seating position, plenty of space and driver orientation fundamental to BMW. The X6 comes with Sports Seats as standard, which further increases the sporty look of the interiors. The car comes in Alpine White as non-metallic colour and 8 metallic colours, which include Black Sapphire, Deep Sea Blue, Marrakesh Brown, Midnight Blue, Orion Silver, Space Grey, Vermillion Red and Titanium Silver.
The all new BMW X6 is an intelligent all-wheel drive system that apart from distributing power smoothly between the axles, monitors the driving situation completely. Under the hood, the BMW X6 xDrive50i houses an eight-cylinder petrol engine that features BMW TwinPower Turbo and High Precision injection. The powertrain can churn out a massive maximum power of 407 bhp and produces a maximum torque of 600 Nm at 1,750-4,500 rpm. The car has an excellent acceleration and pick up and can reach from 0-100 kmph in merely 5.4 seconds. On the other hand, BMW X6 xDrive40d features the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine with Twin Turbo and CommonRail Direct injection, which can deliver a maximum power of 306 bhp at a maximum torque of 600 Nm at 1,500-2,500 rpm. The X6 xDrive40d can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 6.5 seconds. The all new BMW X6 is provided with eight-speed sport automatic transmission along with shift paddles behind the sporty leather steering that offers smooth gear shifts.
