Bajaj is introducing the all-new 2012 Bajaj Pulsar in view of celebrating 10 years of the brand. The rendering of the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar has been revealed and the bike is expected to hit the showrooms in 2012. The most-awaited bike of the year seems to be similar in looks of Pulsar 125. The design and looks of the bike have been highly influence by KTM.

The new 2012 Bajaj Pulsar has alloy wheels used in the Duke and the engine is borrowed from the Duke 125. The bike has under-body exhaust and swing arm that are quite similar to that of KTM models. The headlights have been retained from the current Pulsar 135 LS and the split seats from the old Pulsar. The rear of the bike is the only evolution of the existing Pulsar.

Mr. Rajiv Bajaj said, “We launched the first Pulsar in November 2001 and are now ready with a 100 per cent new bike with remarkable engine technology. It is really the next big step after DTS-i.”

The motorcycle industry is likely to revolutionise with the introduction of 2012 Bajaj Pulsar as the first generation Pulsar did way back in 2001. The new Pulsar will feature a 4-valve advanced technology for better ride and handling, along with monoshock suspension. The 2012 Pulsar will debut with new braking system, exhaust design and instrument cluster. The styling of the new Pulsar has also been revised. It seems that the wait of bikers to get their hands over a 250 cc version of the Pulsar is about to get over.
