The DC Avanti sports car measures 4550mm in length, 1965mm in width and 1200mm in height. It comes with a 170mm ground clearance, which is sufficient to drive this sports car on Indian roads. The vehicle rides on large, 20-inch wheels shod with 255/35 front tyres and 295/30 rear tyres. The DC Avanti gets a mid-mounted 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine that is capable of producing 248bhp of power and 24.6kgm of peak torque. This engine is coupled to a six-speed gearbox, which sends power to the rear wheels. The car accelerates to 100kmph from zero in less than 8 seconds.

Based on the spaceframe chassis, the Avanti gets carbon fibre composite to keep its weight down to 1580kg. Anti-Lock Braking System will come as a standard offering, and will work with 330mm ventilated four disc brakes upfront and 295mm discs at the rear. Other key features on offer will be three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel, soft touch buttons for air -conditioning, touchscreen infotainment system, bi-xenon headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lamps, etc.
