At the 2012 Auto Expo held in New Delhi, Chevrolet Enjoy a Multi Purpose Vehicle (MPV) was revealed by the General Motors. The company has been testing the vehicle, which is touted as being people carrier, ever since in every part of the country. The car has been spotted doing test rounds in Chennai, Bangalore, Halol, Pune, Mumbai, Cochin, etc and the internet is full of shots captured during these sessions. Recently, the car was captured while being tested in Pune.

The recent spy shots reveal most of the car's looks, as it was being tested with minimal claddings, unlike other images taken in the past. The images disclose tailgate of this MPV and confirms that the car has not been changed much from what it has been at the Auto Expo. Hiding under a tape on the right hand side of the fifth door is the 'Enjoy' monogram, which is the only change incorporated within the car since expo.

With only its tail and face covered with claddings until now, the body line was visible in the previous spy shots as well. The speculation is that it would not look any different from the model shown at the Auto Expo even though the company padded its face this time as well.

The images also reveal the seven passengers accommodating interiors of the vehicle, while it is a bit too early to comment on it; however the interior does not look that classy. Just behind the first row seats there is a second line of roof-mounted blowers, which adds to the convenience of passengers. The third row blowers are not expected to receive individual units since there are 4 blowers visible in the recent series of images. Ertiga, from the country's largest car manufacturer, also features the same layout.

The petrol variant of new MPV will hold a 1.4 litre petrol powertrain which is built to deliver 96 bhp, while the diesel model will feature a Fiat sourced 1.3 litre Multijet engine belting out 87 bhp. With larger cabin space to its favour, Enjoy will pose challenge to the recently launched Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. In Enjoy, the seating system is flexible as one can remove all the rear seats to increase the cargo space, just like Ertiga. Priced in the range of Rs. 6 - 9 lacs, the Enjoy will be available for sale by October 2012 in the country.
