Chevrolet has a variety of cars displayed at their 2014 Auto Expo pavilion but then among all of them this one particular concept grabbed all the attention. The American car maker has finally revealed the Adra compact SUV at the Expo.
The Adra Compact SUV has been designed by the GM Research and Centre India and imbibes the global Chevrolet design structure of a high ground clearance and greater interior space. The Adra is a tall SUV but then it looks to be sub 4m which naturally means it will be competing against the Ford Ecosport and Renault Duster.
Though it is in its concept stage now, the Adra looks a potentially exciting SUV. It carries the modern bow tie Chevy logo and also gets wrap around headlamps. From side, the tall ground clearance will really work on all terrains. It also gets Camaro inspired tail lights. With the Adra concept, it seems that Chevy has started taking competition very seriously and will take part in it actively.
