The 2019 Cadillac CT6 gets a few cosmetic updates to give it a fresh look. The front fascia is now designed along the lines of the Escala Concept shown at the 2016 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The redesigned grille and thinner and horizontal headlamps give it an elegant look.

The CT6 will continue with the same Omega platform which makes use of aluminium to aid weight loss. It will also get new electronic driving aids like Cadillac’s proprietary super cruise self-driving system. The current CT6 gets a slew of four-cylinder and V6 powertrains under the hood. There is also a plug-in hybrid variant for the environment conscious. The engines power the rear wheels through an eight-speed transmission. The 2019 model is also expected to get a V8 engine.
