BMW is going big on the sporty four door models and will add to its list in the form of the 8 Series Gran Coupe, that’s been spotted doing the rounds near the Finnish Lapland area. It is rival to the likes of the Porsche Panamera, Mercedes AMG GT four-door as well as the Audi RS7.
The formula is quite obvious for this car - extended length over the two door model which will accommodate the two additional doors as well as what is expected to be a sizeably large boot. The interiors, feature list and mechanicals are all expected to be retained from the two-door model. Our spy sources suggest that the car in the photos is the top-of-the-line M850i four-door variant and will get AWD and the twin-turbo V8 engine as a part of the package.
