The Indian subsidiary of one of the leading car makers and a part of German Trio, BMW India, recently announced opening of its new dealership. This outlet, Deutsche Motoren, is located at the H-8, Sector-63, Noida, Delhi/NCR. The new showroom will be headed by Yadav Kapur, who is the Managing Director (MD) of Deutsche Motoren. This dealership is spread across an area of more than 90611 square feet. It boasts of a cutting edge showroom as well as an after-sales service facility for providing good after sale service to its customers. The showroom has been designed on the signature BMW layout, which happens to be the Urban Street Display concept. On the other hand, the workshop is designed on the Reception at the Car (RATC) that has a consultation and service lounge. While the showroom has the display capacity of up to 9 cars, the workshop can cater to around 130 cars in a day with 33 service bays.
This new dealership, Deutsche Motoren, comprises of five different outlets in the National Capital Region. These dealerships include Deutsche Motoren (Mathura Road, New Delhi), BMW Studio (New Delhi), Deutsche Motoren (Faridabad), Deutsche Motoren (West Delhi) and Deutsche Motoren (Noida). This chain boasts of a 100 strong workforce in its sales and service staff in order to cater to its customers effectively. This staff has been extensively trained by the car maker to make sure that its customers receive a royal pre and post sales experience. The company also sent a team of sales and service engineers to its training centres situated in Germany, Singapore and Malaysia.
According to Kapur, the association between Deutsche Motoren and BMW has been in existence since 2007. It must be noted that this outlet chain also inaugurated the largest BMW dealership. recently in Faridabad. This new dealership in Noida will help the auto maker reach out to more customers located in Delhi/NCR region. Kapur stated that the dealership takes pride in its growth in association with the BMW India. He said that Deutsche Motoren will always remain committed to provide best customer experience in the Indian auto market.

According to Sahr, the car maker has relied upon its world class premium dealership to provide best-in-class pre and post purchase experience to its customers. Now, the company aspires to increase its dealership network with 50 new sales outlets planned for major metropolitan as well as developing cities of the country.
