Roland Sands Design had shown their expertise in the field of design by exclusively customising the BMW Concept 90 in 2013. They had undoubtedly impressed the automobile manufacturer with their talent in this particularly dexterous field. BMW had taken quite a good notice on the dedication and the hard work of Roland Sands Design. It has initiated working closely with RSD for making specialised and customised motor parts for Motorrad customers across the globe. This cooperation will allow global customers to buy specialised parts from Roland Sands Design.
The enormously huge special parts bin is exclusively for the R nineT, which will be available from the month of February, 2015 onwards. Some of the most popular parts include rear axle plugs, gauge housing, rear axle plugs, a headlight bezel, the famous flat-out Enzo seats, oil-filler caps, valve covers, engine breast plate and many such intricately designed and delicately manufactured parts, which express the true nature and intensity of the R nineT.
The aesthetic beauty of the air-cooled engine is improved and enhanced by the famed R nineT engine breast plate. The stock plastic part on this air-cooled boxer engine has been replaced by the radial engine breast plate. Apart from adding to the beauty, the plate also eases the air flow to keep the engine vent cool for long durations. The superior and luxurious Boss and RSD Enzo seats offer a classic fitting with intricate stitching detail.
This is not all from RSD. Apart from these developments, another cool upgrade is present, which takes the company way ahead of its contemporaries. The RSD radial gauge housing has been put forward, thus replacing the stock plastic. This comes with a fine contrast-cut aluminium billet, which on one hand improves the rider’s view, while on the other gives an additional touch of beauty. Additionally, t has been provided with an UV protective finish to improve its quality further.
