BMW India has opened the doors of a new Infinity Cars outlet in Mumbai, which is located at Maker Chamber- 6, 1-B, Ground Floor, Nariman Point. The new showroom of the auto maker is headed by the Managing Director of Infinity Cars, Pooja Chaudhry.
On the inaugural ceremony, the President of BMW Group India, Philipp von Sahr was quoted as saying, “As part of our vision for sustainable growth, BMW India is committed towards strengthening the BMW dealer network of international standards at all important commercial centres across the country. We will continue to invest in our network to cater to the growing clientele and are happy to add one more location to spread JOY in the financial capital of India.”
The designing of BMW’s new outlet, which sprawls around a vast area of 2900 square feet, is based on the concept of Urban Street Display, which happens to be the signature BMW layout. Close to the display area, this showroom has a sales desk and consultation lounge. Reportedly, the new facility of BMW India will display three models in an urban street style.
Speaking on the same lines, the Managing Director of Infinity Cars said, “As we enter 2013, we are proud to take our relationship with BMW India to the next level. With the launch of a new showroom at Nariman Point, Infinity Cars will get the opportunity to reach out to more of our valued customers in the city. We are fully committed to our partnership with BMW India and look forward to provide high quality services to our growing clientele in Mumbai.”
Interestingly, Infinity Cars kicked off its operations in 2006 and delivers the entire BMW India model range in Mumbai (Maharashtra) and Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Besides the new facility, the group has a showroom at Worli. In order to offer industry leading after-sales support to the prospective BMW buyers, Infinity Cars has also based 4 different workshops at Worli, Chembur, Mahalaxmi and Navi Mumbai.
Reportedly, Infinity Cars has a workforce of around 300 individuals, who all are provided with an intense training in service, sales, spare parts and business operations. All these skills ensure that its customers receive best-in-class sales ownership experience and stay connected with the group in future.
