Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M), the largest SUV maker in India, for the first time has launched a vehicle smart app for its global SUV, the XUV500. The application, known as Mahindra BLUE SENSE APP, has a large number of features, which include features for one control of the infotainment section, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, fuel statistics and many more. The newly launched vehicle smart app is supported on the W8 model of XUV500 and apart from various features mentioned above, also provides alerts and warnings such as 'door open', 'distance to empty' and tyre pressure, to name a few.

In keeping with our practice of bringing in many firsts on the XUV500, this first-of-its-kind smart app will provide greater convenience, accessibility and information to the driver as well as co-passengers to ensure a safe, pleasurable and hassle-free driving experience. We have ensured that over 41000 existing XUV500 owners can also upgrade their XUV500 with the Mahindra BLUE SENSE® APP. They just have to contact their nearest authorized XUV500 dealership for the same.”
The Mahindra BLUE SENSE APP, can be connected to the XUV500 using Bluetooth and will help the customers get information about periodic maintenance, operate and control the infotainment system, will allow to tune-in to the desired radio station and many other such things. All these can be done by just flick of fingers using Android devices while anywhere inside the XUV500. New as well as existing customers can download the app from the company’s website.
